Working Together for Wasco
The Wasco Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture welcomes you to the Rose Capital of the world. Over fifty percent of rose plants grown nationwide are produced by the nine major commercial rose companies located in this area.
The City of Wasco is a growing and vibrant community that continues to retain its small town charm. Wasco is in the heart of the most diversified agricultural region in the world. Our community is centrally located in the valley. Just a short two hour drive can take you to the beach, the mountains, or a major metropolitan area. Wasco provides housing for every budget, schools for every child, and shopping for every need.
The community supports four parks,a public swimming pool, lighted tennis courts and a new skate park. Our Parks and Recreations Department sponsors a variety of seasonal recreation programs. The Wasco Chamber of Commerce is pleased to promote several area events, and is proud to be a participant in the annual Festival of Roses.
