The City of Wasco Housing and Community Programs mission is improving neighborhoods - one house at a time.  Housing and Community Programs is responsible for all the housing and associated programs.  The City funds housing rehabilitation for owner occupied and rental housing, makes grants for home accessability, works with the City's Redevelopment Agency to grant sidewalk installations for housing rehabilitation recipients and has a First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  Click on the above links for our first time home buyer and home buyer down payment assistance applications.
