OF THE WASCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
HELD FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE FIVE-YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN PREPARED PURSUANT TO SECTION 33490
OF THE CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT LAW
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Wasco Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency").
DATE OF HEARING: December 15, 2009
TIME OF HEARING: 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible
PLACE OF HEARING: City Hall, 746 8th Street, Wasco, CA 93280
The purpose of this public hearing is to hear testimony from all interested parties regarding the status and progress of the Agency's redevelopment programs and projected expenditures as presented in the 2010-2014 Implementation Plan for the Wasco Redevelopment Project. The Agency has directed preparation of the five year implementation plan to ensure that its goals and objectives remain appropriate and relevant, its longer-term course of redevelopment plan implementation continues to be clearly defined, and its Plan stays in compliance with the California Community Redevelopment Law (CCRL).
At any time, not later than the aforesaid hour set for the hearing, any person or organization may file a written statement with the Secretary of the Agency, of his or her opinions with respect to the Implementation Plan and the Agency's progress in using the Implementation Plan as a tool to help implement the Redevelopment Plan for the Wasco Redevelopment Project. Any person or organization desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. A copy of the 2010-2014 Implementation Plan will be available for public review in the Housing and Redevelopment Division of City Hall Annex at 764 E Street, Wasco, CA 93280, not less than ten days prior to the hearing date.
